I swam for 8 years before coming here
How did you first hear about Scorch?
My mom told me I should go with her one day
Take us back to your first day of Scorch… How did you feel? How do you compare it to workouts today?
I was way out of shape when I first started. I feel much better now.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting Scorch (before/after)?
I have seen more muscles on my body and toner areas
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like Scorch that were totally unexpected?
My diet has changed so much. I tend to try to and eat healthy
What would you recommend to someone who is just starting out with Scorch or is too afraid to try it?
Im not sure what I would recommend, but I would tell them how much I enjoy it and everyone that works here is open hearted.

I was a swimmer through college

Through Facebook from a friend
Take us back to your first day of Scorch… How did you feel? How do you compare it to workouts today?
Slightly intimidated I had never done any kind of interval training and had not lifted weights since college. Today I am much stronger and more confident.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting Scorch (before/after)?
Initially my primary goal was weight loss. I have lost inches, but my goals are now more oriented towards progress. I feel overall healthier with more energy.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like Scorch that were totally unexpected?
Confidence to try harder things both professionally and personally.
What would you recommend to someone who is just starting out with Scorch or is too afraid to try it?
Just start immediately you will feel the support from not only all the incredible coaches, but the other members. It truly feels like a family! Together we get stronger and healthier.
